金梦洁，贸易物流学博士，副教授，物流管理方向硕士生导师。
先后讲授《管理统计学》、《物流经济学》、《创新创业实践》等本科生与研究生课程。研究方向为运输经济与管理，主要包括：（1）交通运输经济；（2）海上运输风险管理；（3）进口能源安全。至今已在《Transportation Research Part A：Policy and Practice》、《Transport Reviews》、《Marine Policy》等SSCI期刊发表论文10余篇。担任《International Journal of Shipping and Transport Logistics》、《Energy Strategy Review》、《Maritime Policy & Management》等SCI/SSCI期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、教育部人文社会科学研究项目1项、江苏省高校哲学社会科学研究一般项目1项、南京财经大学校级教改课题1项。作为主要参与人员参与韩国国家研究基金会、韩国教育部和水产海洋部、韩国国际交流财团和剑桥大学资助的国际项目3项，中国教育部人文社科研究项目1项，南京市栖霞区“校地党校工作联盟”调研项目1项，以第一参与人身份（排名第2）获得2020年度国家级虚拟仿真实验教学项目立项（线上一流本科课程）。
